General information
Undergraduate training in graphic design consists of the study and practical application of autonomous, reproduction and functional graphic design genres. The first four semesters of graphic design foundation training are complemented by courses and workshops on the basic elements of traditional reproduction processes. In four further semesters, the students will develop their own graphic design programme, coordinated by the tutors. In the fifth year, they will be able to demonstrate their professional skills by producing a diploma work- free graphic art, a series of reproductions, a graphic folder, a book illustration and a graphic installation. Thanks to the continuous development of the department's workshops, the technical conditions for intaglio, relief and planographic printing are privided, and students can also use machines and equipment of museum value for the various manual reproduction processes. The department's screen-printing workshop uses state-of-the-art environmentally friendly technology.
