If you are facing challenges in any area of your life, or would like to discuss your difficulties, concerns or questions with a professional, you can book an appointment with the psychologists at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), who provide psychological counselling services for our students as well.

During the consultations, you can explore the possible causes of your difficulties together with a psychologist in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment. The sessions can help you better understand your feelings and reactions, identify possible next steps and develop effective strategies for coping with challenging situations.
