Teacher and Staff mobility program in the EU4ART - Helsinki
Teacher and Staff mobility program in the EU4ART - Helsinki
Time period: 2022.09.27. – 2022.10.01.
Location: Helsinki
In the context of the future plans and expansion of the EU4ART Alliance, Ferenc Józsa, László Lelkes, Csaba Orosz from our university, as well as staff from HfBK and ABAROMA traveled to Helsinki on 29 September this year to present the project to representatives of the University of the Arts Helsinki. During the three days of intensive meetings, our partners were able to learn about the work done so far and the way forward as a summary of the pilot programme. The EU4ART delegation then had the opportunity to learn about the history of the UNIARTS, its unique structure (the Academy of Music, the Academy of Theatre and the University of Fine Arts are located in the same institution), the structural and content-related links between the different faculties of art, in particular the joint degree courses and training, the doctoral school and educational statistics.
In the following days, the experts present discussed the way forward for the project, with the possibility of involving the University of the Arts Helsinki.
The meeting concluded with a group visit to the Helsinki Museum of Art, where works by two renowned Finnish artists (illustrator Tove Jansson and painter Viggo Wallensköld) were on display.
