Announce the Winner of EU4ART Logo and Graphic Identity Competition
Today the Alliance for Common Fine Arts announced that József Gábos, a student from the Graphic Design Department at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts (HUFA), is the winner of the EU4Art Alliance’s logo design competition.
“We thank all of the students who participated in the Logo Design Competition” said Kristaps Zariņš, Rector of the Art Academy of Latvia (AAL), “There were so many great entries submitted for the competition that it was difficult for the judges to select the Top 3. It is a pleasure to see that students from our Alliance showcase the kind of fresh perspectives required to drive fine arts higher education in Europe towards the future.”
We give our congratulations to József Gábos from HUFA for winning first place and a cash prize of 1000 Euros. Commendations also go out to our AAL students – Vectirāns Gatis who won second place and a cash prize of 500 Euros, as well as Alvis Berngards and Agate Eglite-Drezina who came in third place and received a Certificate of Outstanding Student Recognition for their achievement.
