Join Czech visual and multimedia artist Martin Zetova, a Ludwig guest professor, for an immersive, hands-on course, titled' Boundaries of Art' (Neptun code: VMA-MŰHA01) exploring his diverse artistic practice at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts. A 2013 recipient of the "Umělec má cenu" award, Zet is known for his conceptual approach blending personal narrative and social engagement.
The course will delve into his creative process, focusing on his long-term exploration of his father's sculptural legacy, Miloš Zet. Students will explore themes of memory, materiality, and time, guided by Zetova's unique perspectives on art's transient nature. Sessions will feature discussions, critiques, and collaborative projects, both indoors and outdoors, offering a dynamic learning experience from a master artist.
The course starts on 17 September 2024.
